Podium in National 100 Opener at EAMS!
(November
4, 2024) "Superman" Jonathan Davenport
took part in the 50th Annual 'National 100' on November 2-3 at the
historic East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, Alabama. In
Saturday's $15,000 to win weekend opener for the Super Late Models,
Jonathan drove the K&L Rumley Enterprises #6 machine to a heat
race win and a strong third place podium effort in the 50-lap feature
behind only victor Ethan Dotson and runner-up Tyler Erb.
On Sunday evening with a $30,000 top prize up for
grabs in the weekend finale, Jonathan unfortunately flew off the
track during qualifying and slapped a jersey barrier. After making
repairs to the Longhorn Chassis, the Blairsville, Georgia superstar
utilized a provisional to gain access into the 100-lapper before
eventually retiring on lap 45 in the ninteenth finishing position.

Reunites with Rumley Enterprises for Two Races!

21, 2024) On the heels of a disappointing end to
the Dirt Track World Championship, which dropped him to third in
the final Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point standings, Jonathan
Davenport is excited to announce tonight that he will pilot a K&L
Rumley Enterprises #6 car in a pair of late-season special events.
The potent pairing will reunite for the first time on November 2-3
in the 50th edition of the National 100 at East Alabama Motor Speedway
in Phenix City, Alabama. The XR Super Series will preside over the
storied race at EAMS, which will shell out a $10,000 top prize on
that Saturday and a $30,000 winner’s check in Sunday’s

From there, Jonathan and the K&L Rumley Enterprises team will
venture to the pristine Dirt Track at Charlotte in Concord, North
Carolina from November 6-9 for the annual running of the World Finals.
After the qualifying sessions on that Wednesday, a pair of $15,000
to win programs will take place at the Charlotte-area venue on Thursday

Terminal Mechanical Woes Leading DTWC
(October
20, 2024) Jonathan Davenport and the Double L Motorsports
team wrapped up the 2024 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series campaign
on October 18-19 in the 44th Annual 'Dirt Track World Championship'
at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. On Friday night
during preliminary action, Jonathan laid down the twelfth quickest
time in Group A during qualifying prior to winning his heat race
from the fourth spot. After rolling off from the inside of the third
row in Saturday's $100,000 to win headliner, Jonathan led laps 3-5
early in the distance before giving way to Tim McCreadie.
The Blairsville, Georgia standout then passed "T-Mac"
to regain the point on lap 64, but terminal engine woes the very
next lap forced the #49 pitside for the remainder of the 100-lapper.
Jonathan was relegated to a disappointing eighteenth place effort
and officially placed third in the final version of the LOLMDS point
standings behind only champion Ricky Thornton, Jr. and series runner-up

26, 2024) Following Knoxville, the #49 team dropped
into the historic Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana on
Wednesday night, September 25. The Castrol FloRacing Night in America
Series presided over a $20,000 to win shootout at the 1/4-mile,
semi-banked fairgrounds venue. Jonathan Davenport went second quickest
in Group B during qualifying prior to winning his heat race. After
starting from the outside of the second row in the 50-lap main event,
Jonathan officially led laps 2-19 before fading to an eighth place

Victorious in Knoxville Nationals Lid Lifter!

22, 2024) Jonathan Davenport, of Blairsville, Georgia,
claimed his thirteenth feature win of 2024 on Thursday night, September
19 in the 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals' opener at Knoxville
Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa! Jonathan knocked down the sixth quickest
lap in Group B during the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series qualifying
session and later advanced to second in his heat race. After starting
the 25-lap prelim feature from the outside of the front row, JD
led each and every circuit en route to pocketing the $7,000 winner's
check ahead of runner-up Bobby Pierce, Hudson O'Neal, Devin Moran,
and Tim McCreadie!
On Friday evening in a similar $7,000 to win program,
Jonathan ran third in his heat race prior to finishing seventh in
the final rundown of the 25-lapper. By virtue of earning the second
highest point total during preliminary action, "Superman"
started Saturday's 75-lap grand finale from the outside of the front
row. At the end of the 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals,'
JD found himself in the sixth finishing position behind only $50,000

Wins Twice During World 100 Week!!

8, 2024) From September 4-7, Double L Motorsports
was in the pit area at the hallowed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg,
Ohio. The busy week at the 1/2-mile, high-banked oval started on
Wednesday night with a $20,000 payday on the line in a Castrol FloRacing
Night in America Series shootout. Jonathan Davenport won his heat
race in preliminary action prior to leading all fifty circuits in
the A-Main. JD dominated the contest to claim the victory well ahead
of runner-up Devin Moran, Ricky Thornton, Jr., Hudson O'Neal, and
Bobby Pierce!
The 54th edition of the ‘World 100’ then took center
stage at the “Big E” - starting with a pair of $12,000
to win, split-field preliminary programs. On Thursday evening, Jonathan
won his Shootout race prior to placing third in the 25-lap feature
behind only victor Ryan Gustin and runner-up Brandon Overton. In
a similar show on Friday, Jonathan finished third in his Shootout
race before winning the 25-lapper from the ninth starting spot.
The Blairsville, Georgia standout led the final five circuits to
record the prelim triumph over Devin Moran, Bobby Pierce, Tim McCreadie,
and Ryan Gustin!
With a $57,000 paycheck up for grabs in Saturday's annual 'World

2, 2024) After Mother Nature spoiled scheduled trips
to Portsmouth (OH) Raceway Park and Tyler County (WV) Speedway with
the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series over the Labor Day holiday
weekend, Jonathan Davenport and the #49 team wound up at the famed
Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on Sunday evening, September 1.
The annual running of the 'Baltes Classic' was on tap last night
and 64 competitors piled into the pit area to do battle for the
$5,000 payday. Jonathan ripped off the second quickest time in Group
B during the qualifying session prior to picking up a heat race
triumph. After starting fourth on the grid in the 30-lap feature,
JD drove up to as high as second in the running order before settling
for a third place podium effort behind only winner Garrett Alberson

11, 2024) Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series action
heated back up from August 8-10 with the 42nd Annual 'North/South
100' at Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The three-day crown
jewel spectacular kicked off with a pair of split-field preliminary
programs. On Thursday night, Jonathan Davenport won his heat race
prior to leading all 25 circuits in his main event to capture the
$6,000 winner's check over runner-up Devin Moran, Drake Troutman,
Tyler Erb, and Josh Rice. A similar story was told on Friday, as
Jonathan once again won his heat race and the $6,000 payday in his
25-lapper ahead of runner-up Ricky Thornton, Jr., Garrett Alberson,
Jason Jameson, and Tim McCreadie!
The stakes were raised on Saturday evening in the
'North/South 100' grand finale, as a whopping $75,000 first place
prize was up for grabs in front of a standing-room-only crowd. With
a heat race invert of four, Jonathan placed fourth in his stacked

JD in Rain Shortened USA Nationals!
(August
4, 2024) Following the PDC, Jonathan Davenport was
back in action with the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late
Model Series from August 1-3 in the 37th Annual 'USA Nationals'
at the renowned Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
The first $6,000 to win preliminary program scheduled for Thursday
night was pushed back to Friday afternoon due to rain and Jonathan
started his weekend by earning Fast Time honors in qualifying, finishing
second in his heat race, and advancing up to fifth in the 25-lap
daytime affair. In the nightcap, which also boasted a $6,000 payday,
Jonathan set Fast Time once again during qualifying, won his heat
race, and led the first seventeen circuits of the 25-lapper before
landing on the podium in third behind only winner Ryan Gustin and
runner-up Brandon Sheppard!
With a whopping $50,000 first place prize up for grabs
in Saturday's grand finale, Jonathan won Dash #1 to earn the pole
position for the 100-lap crown jewel headliner. He then led the
first circuit of the 'USA Nationals' and was sitting in the fifth
position on lap 56 when the race was deemed official due to rain.
JD officially rounded out the top five in the rain-shortened event
- trailing only victor Bobby Pierce, Kyle Bronson, Dustin Sorensen,

Ninth in Prairie Dirt Showdown at FALS
(July
28, 2024) Next up for the #49 team was a visit to
Fairbury Speedway in downtown Fairbury, Illinois on July 26-27 for
the 34th edition of the 'Prairie Dirt Classic,' which was sanctioned
by the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late Model Series and
drew 78 competitors. On Friday night during preliminary action,
Jonathan Davenport timed in thirtieth fastest in Group B during
qualifying prior to passing six competitors during his $5,000 to
win 'Prairie Dirt Showdown' feature to land in the ninth position.
With a $50,000 top prize up for grabs in Saturday's PDC, Jonathan
ran fifth in both his B-Main and the 'Prairie Dirt Shootout' for
non-qualifiers. Unfortunately, he was unable to advance into the
100-lapper that was ultimately won on the final circuit by Bobby

21, 2024) The Double L Motorsports team followed
the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series to Huset's Speedway in Brandon,
South Dakota from July 18-20 for the annual running of the 'Silver
Dollar Nationals.' In the first of two prelim nights on Thursday,
Jonathan Davenport ran third in his heat race prior to placing eighth
in the $10,000 to win main event. With another $10,000 payday on
the line on Friday night, Jonathan ran into issues during his heat
race, but was able to pass eight competitors during the 40-lapper
en route to a fourteenth place showing.
On Saturday evening at Huset's Speedway, a whopping
$53,000 first place prize was up for grabs in the 'Silver Dollar
Nationals' grand finale. By virtue of racking up the ninth most
points in preliminary action, JD started the 80-lap headliner from
the inside of the fifth row. The Blairsville, Georgia ace then hung
around the top ten and eventually scored a respectable tenth place
performance. Jonathan now sits third in the latest version of the

Lands on Podium in First-Ever Visit to Eagle
(July
17, 2024) A busy five-race stretch from July 11-16
for Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitors was unfortunately
cut short by inclement weather, as Mother Nature won out at both
Tri-City (IL) Speedway and Lucas Oil (MO) Speedway. The action kicked
off on Thursday night with the annual 'Slocum 50' at 34 Raceway
in West Burlington, Iowa. Jonathan Davenport won his heat race in
preliminary action prior to slipping back to eighth in the final
finishing order of the $15,555 to win headliner, which ran caution
free for all fifty circuits.
The national tour then made inaugural visits to both
Eagle Raceway in Eagle, Nebraska and Shelby County Speedway in Harlan,
Iowa. With a $10,000 payday on the line on Monday evening at Eagle,
Jonathan ran second in his heat race and later advanced up to third
to finish on the podium in the 40-lapper behind only winner Hudson
O'Neal and runner-up Ricky Thornton, Jr. At Harlan on Tuesday in
the $10,053 to win 'Kosiski Family 53,' Jonathan picked up a heat
race triumph before finishing fifth in the final rundown of the

for #49 Team Comes in Lernerville Prelim!

23, 2024) Double L Motorsports made their way to
Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania from June 20-22 for
the 18th Annual 'Firecracker 100,' which was once again sanctioned
by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and kicked off with a pair
of $5,000 to win, split-field preliminary programs. On Thursday
night, Jonathan Davenport set Fast Time in Group B during qualifying,
won his heat race, and later led all 25 circuits in his main event
to pocket the $5,000 winner's check over Chub Frank, Drake Troutman,
Daulton Wilson, and Ross Robinson. At Lernerville on Friday evening,
Jonathan placed second in his heat race and fifth in his 25-lapper
behind only victor Devin Moran, Mike Marlar, Ricky Thornton, Jr.,
and Hudson O'Neal.
When Saturday rolled around in the Keystone State,
a huge crowd was on hand to witness the finale of the 'Firecracker
100,' which boasted a whopping $50,000 first place prize. JD won
his loaded heat race and later started the 100-lap crown jewel headliner

Fourth in $50,000 Smoky Mtn. Finale!

17, 2024) It was a busy weekend for Jonathan Davenport,
as he competed at both Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tennessee
and Ultimate Motorsports Park in Elkin, North Carolina from June
14-16. In night one of the ‘Mountain Moonshine Classic’
on Friday at Smoky Mountain, Jonathan placed second in his heat
race and tenth in the final rundown of the $10,000 to win feature.
On Saturday night with a whopping $50,000 winner's check on the
line, JD ran second in his heat race and fourth in the 60-lapper
behind only victor Brandon Overton, Ricky Thornton, Jr., and Ryan
Gustin!
The dirt-slinging action quickly shifted to Elkin on Sunday evening
for the inaugural running of the ‘Sidney Langston Memorial,’
